1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Zorath LLC, doing business as EdgeURL ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the EdgeURL platform, website at edgeurl.io, and all related services (collectively, the "Service").

BY ACCESSING OR USING THE SERVICE, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, YOU MUST NOT ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the Service. Your continued use after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Description of Service

EdgeURL provides URL shortening and link management services, including but not limited to:

Creation and management of shortened URLs
Click tracking and analytics
Custom domain integration
QR code generation
Link-in-Bio profile pages
Team collaboration features
API access for programmatic link management
Webhook notifications
Edge Creators Circle program for content creators

Service Domains

The Service operates under multiple domains including edgeurl.io (primary domain) and 0gr.me (short link domain). All links created through our Service may use either domain based on user preferences or system configuration. Both domains are owned and operated by EdgeURL and subject to these Terms.

Edge Verification

Edge Verification is our proprietary method for verifying social media account ownership. When you use Edge Verification, you authorize EdgeURL to verify your identity through secure, privacy-respecting means. The verification process does not store your social media credentials and only collects publicly available profile information to confirm ownership. By using Edge Verification, you represent that you are the rightful owner of the social media accounts being verified.

Edge Creators Circle

The Edge Creators Circle is an exclusive program for content creators. By applying to or participating in this program, you agree to:

Provide accurate social media information for verification via Edge Verification
Allow us to verify your social media presence
Receive program-related communications
Comply with all program guidelines and code of conduct

Membership Requirements

Quarterly Feedback: Members must provide feedback every 90 days to maintain active status
Code of Conduct: Members must not engage in hate speech, harassment, illegal activities, or conduct that damages the EdgeURL brand
Terms Compliance: Members must comply with all EdgeURL Terms of Service

Seat Status and Enforcement

EdgeURL reserves the right to enforce membership requirements through the following process:

First violation: Warning issued with opportunity to correct
Second violation: Membership benefits frozen temporarily
Third violation: Membership may be revoked permanently

EdgeURL reserves the right to revoke membership at any time for violations of these Terms or the code of conduct. Membership is voluntary and may be terminated by either party. Revocation may result in loss of all associated benefits, including revenue share and free plan access.

Features and functionality may vary based on your subscription plan. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time.

3. Account Registration and Security

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

Be at least 13 years of age (or 16 in certain jurisdictions)
Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information
Maintain and promptly update your account information
Maintain the security and confidentiality of your login credentials
Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach

You may not use another person's account without permission. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
Infringe on intellectual property, trademark, or copyright
Distribute malware, viruses, ransomware, or harmful code
Engage in phishing, fraud, scams, or deceptive practices
Create links to illegal content including child exploitation material

Send spam, unsolicited commercial messages, or bulk emails
Harass, threaten, defame, or abuse others
Promote violence, terrorism, or hate speech
Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
Attempt to bypass security measures, rate limits, or access controls
Scrape, crawl, or copy content using automated means
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
Create accounts through automated means or bots
Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

Violation of this policy may result in immediate account termination, deletion of all data, and potential legal action. We cooperate with law enforcement when required.

5. Subscription Plans and Payments

Billing and Fees

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly in advance
All payments are processed securely through Stripe
Fees are quoted and charged in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise specified
You authorize recurring charges to your payment method
Prices may change with 30 days advance notice
Add-ons and one-time purchases are non-refundable

Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
No refunds are provided for partial months or unused time
Upon cancellation, you retain access until the end of your paid period
Exceeding plan limits may require an upgrade or service restriction
Downgrading may result in loss of features, data, or functionality

Failed Payments

If payment fails, we will attempt to collect the amount due. After multiple failed attempts, your account may be downgraded to a free plan or suspended. You remain responsible for all charges incurred.

6. Content Ownership and License

Your Content

You retain all ownership rights to the URLs, links, and data you create using the Service ("Your Content"). By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, process, and display Your Content solely to provide the Service to you.

Our Content and Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, features, code, trademarks, and branding, is owned by Zorath LLC and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works based on the Service without our express written permission.

Feedback

If you provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas about the Service, you grant us the right to use such feedback without compensation or attribution.

7. Service Availability and SLA

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee:

Uninterrupted, error-free, or continuous operation
That the Service will meet all your specific requirements
That data will always be available, accurate, or secure
Compatibility with all devices, browsers, or systems

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you:

Violate these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy
Fail to pay subscription fees when due
Engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal behavior
Create security, legal, or operational risks for us or others
Infringe on intellectual property rights

Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease immediately. We may delete your data after 30 days following termination. You remain responsible for all charges incurred before termination.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, OR THAT THE SERVICE IS FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

YOU USE THE SERVICE AT YOUR OWN RISK. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE CONTENT, ACCURACY, OR LEGALITY OF ANY LINKS YOU CREATE OR DESTINATIONS YOU REDIRECT TO.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ZORATH LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, GOODWILL, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE EXCEED THE GREATER OF: (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS ($100).

SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Zorath LLC and its officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, successors, and assigns from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to:

Your use of the Service
Your Content or the links you create
Your violation of these Terms
Your violation of any third-party rights
Your violation of any applicable laws or regulations

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association's rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in English and the arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding.

You agree to waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against us.

Notwithstanding the above, we may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent infringement of our intellectual property rights.

13. Miscellaneous

Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service.

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

Assignment: You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your rights hereunder without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction.

Force Majeure: We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, or internet outages.
